Hoyas Close Home Slate with Providence

WASHINGTON – The Georgetown University men's basketball team will host the Providence College Friars on Tuesday, March 5 for a BIG EAST Conference matchup to close the home slate of the 2023-24 season. The game, presented by Invesco QQQ, is scheduled for a 7 p.m. tipoff at Capital One Arena and will be broadcast on FS1. The Hoyas enter Tuesday's contest with a 9-20 overall record and a 2-16 mark in BIG EAST play after falling in a heartbreaker to Xavier 98-93 at home on Saturday night. Providence sits at 18-11 on the year with a 9-9 mark in league play.
