Hampton Men’s Basketball Begins Post-Season Play Against Elon

HAMPTON, Va. (March 7, 2024) … The Hampton University men's basketball team is set to begin post-season play at the 2024 Jersey Mike's CAA Men's Basketball Championship. With the Pirate's loss to the Tribe this past weekend, HU enters the tournament as the 14 seed facing Elon in the opening round. Hampton has already faced the Phoenix once this season but fell at home in a close contest 80-74. The winner of Friday's game will advance to the next round and face Delaware.
