Georgetown Falls to No. 1/1 UConn

WASHINGTON – Despite a much more even second half, the Georgetown University men's basketball team could not overcome a 24-point first half deficit, falling 89-64 to the No. 1/1 UConn Huskies on Saturday at Capital One Arena. With the setback, Georgetown sits at 8-15 on the season with a 1-11 mark in BIG EAST play while the top-ranked Huskies improve to 22-2 overall with a 12-1 mark in league action.
