GAMEDAY: MEN'S BASKETBALL FACES DAEMEN WITH TRIP TO ECC CHAMPIONSHIP ON THE LINE

Sparkill, NY – The #2 seed College of Staten Island Men's Basketball Team will play for the opportunity to advance to the East Coast Conference Men's Basketball Championship game this afternoon when they face the #3 seed Daemen University Wildcats at 3:00 PM.  The Dolphins finished the regular season 19-9 and 13-3 in conference play with two ECC-All Conference selections and a conference award to their coaching staff.  The Wildcats finished the year 23-7 including an 12-4 mark in conference play.  During the regular season, the Dolphins swept the Wildcats behind their first two wins in program history against Daemen.  With a win today, the Dolphins would earn their first Division II postseason victory and bring their win total for the season to 20.
