GAMEDAY: MEN'S BASKETBALL BATTLES SAINT THOMAS AQUINAS FOR TOP SPOT IN ECC STANDINGS

Sparkill, NY – The College of Staten Island Men's Basketball Team begin a stretch of three games on the road this afternoon at 3:00 PM when they battle Saint Thomas Aquinas College for the top spot in the ECC standings.  The Dolphins come improved to 12-6 overall and 6-1 in conference play with a decisive win over Mercy University on Wednesday night.  The Spartans enter today's game 14-3 on the season and 6-1 against the ECC following a win against UDC earlier in the week.  Today's game is the second of the season between CSI and STAC with the Spartans coming from behind in the closing minutes to beat the Dolphins 79-77 earlier this season.  STAC took a 6-1 lead in the all-time series with that victory.
