Ethan Porterfield named PSAC West Defensive Athlete of the Week

INDIANA, Pa. – IUP sophomore forward Ethan Porterfield was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division Defensive Athlete of the Week, announced Monday afternoon by the league office.

Porterfield earns his first career PSAC weekly honor after averaging 11.0 rebounds with five blocks and three steals in IUP's three games last week. It's the third PSAC player of the week award for the Crimson Hawks this year, with junior guard Armoni Foster winning twice earlier this season.
