Dolphins Lose Season Finale But Clinch Playoff Berth

Riverdale, NY – The University of Mount Saint Vincent's men's basketball team closed out their regular season schedule with a loss against St. Joseph's University Long Island on Saturday afternoon. The Dolphins battled valiantly despite being undermanned despite the nine point loss to the Golden Eagles. The final score didn't play a part in the team's upcoming objective of winning the Skyline Conference tournament, as UMSV's 8-8 conference record this year was good enough to earn the seventh seed in the postseason. The Dolphins are set to challenge #2 Yeshiva University in the opening round on Tuesday.
