Deng Deang Named D2CCA All-East Region Second Team, Third Player in Program History to Achieve Honor

WATERBURY, Conn. — For junior forward Deng Deang, joining the Post University Men's Basketball team as lead to a myriad of accolades and honors throughout the 2023-24 season. After landing on the Bevo Francis Award's Top 100 List along his teammate in junior point guard Bol Akot, Deang was named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference First Team All-Conference last week, becoming only the fourth player and the fifth honoree in program history to receive that honor.
