D3HOOPS.COM ALL-REGION: Rodriguez, Brown, Devaney, Banks All Honored

JERSEY CITY, N.J. — The 2020-21 d3hoops.com All-Region teams were announced, and New Jersey City University saw four Gothic Knights earn annual honors as part of the men's and women's All-Atlantic/Mid-Atlantic Region teams. On the women's side, freshman Damaris Rodriguez (Secaucus, N.J./Secaucus) earned First Team All-Region honors and was selected as the region's Rookie of the Year, while her head coach Pat Devaney, Sr., was named Coach of the Year. On the men's side, NJCU head coach Marc Brown was chosen as the region's Coach of the Year as well, while senior Denzel Banks (Newark, NJ/East Orange Campus) garnered Second Team All-Region accolades.
