Crusaders fall to Golden Eagles on the road

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Coming off of their nail-biting victory over Indiana Tech, the Madonna Crusaders (15-3, 11-1) headed across the state to face the Cornerstone Golden Eagles (11-7, 7-5) in a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference matchup. While the Crusaders started off hot, the Golden Eagles would take over late in the first half, holding on through the second half to take an 86-76 victory over the Crusaders.
