Cougars Stay Unbeaten at Home, Hand Chargers First Loss of Season

Columbia, MO – The Columbia College Cougars stayed perfect at home as they knocked off the Chargers of Briar Cliff University tonight in their last match of the Hampton Inn Thanksgiving Classic. After taking a 10-point lead at the half, the Cougars had to battle it out in the second half against a determined Chargers squad. As time expired, the Cougars made some key free throws to hold to claim the 81-72 win.
