Catholic's Second Half Run Proves Costly as Men's Hoops Falls to Cardinals

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The University of Scranton men’s basketball team (9-4, 1-1 Landmark) cut the deficit to one with just over 11 minutes to play in the second half, but ultimately fell short in an 80-59 setback at the hands of the Catholic University Cardinals (13-0, 2-0 Landmark) on Saturday afternoon at Franny Murray Court in Washington, D.C.
