Buccaneers Win Two At Defiance Tournament

DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Beloit College Men's Basketball team kicked off the 2023-24 season in Defiance, Ohio at the 48th Annual Purple & Gold Tournament. The Bucs went 2-0 over two days, defeated the hosts, Defiance College on Friday night and Bethany College this morning. Beloit beat Defiance 81-64 with Semaj Roy (Chicago, Ill.) leading the way with 19 points. This morning they defeated Bethany 72-61 with Azeez Ganiyu (Beloit, Wis.) scoring 15.
