Bruner Earns Third Summit League Male Athlete of the Month Honor

DENVER – University of Denver men's basketball fifth-year guard Tommy Bruner has been named the Summit League Male Athlete of the Month for January, the league office announced on Wednesday. Bruner earned the award for the third-consecutive month to start the season as he continues to lead the country in scoring (25.3) and field goals made (192) and is fifth nationally in free-throws made (163).
