Braves Pushed to the Brink in Overtime, Get Decisive Win Over Jackson State, 87-73

Head Coach Landon Bussie notched his 51st career win as the Alcorn State University men's basketball team defeated Jackson State University in the Davey L. Whitney Complex on Saturday afternoon. The Braves were hung tough with tenacious defense in overtime and came away with an 87-73 victory. The win places Alcorn in contention for third place in the Southwestern Athletic Conference.
