NORFOLK, Va. – Jack Boyle (Silver Spring, M.d.) from the University of Dallas men’s basketball team ranked first in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) for field goal percentage with a 57.3 mark and blocks-per-game with a 1.7-clip.
