Barrow Receives Second NEWMAC Women's Basketball Defensive Athlete of the Week Award

Wellesley College basketball first year guard Trinity Barrow (Evans, Ga.) was named the Co-NEWMAC Women's Basketball Defensive Athlete of the Week for the week ending January 14, 2024.

Barrow recorded an eye-popping 14 steals over two games this past week for the Blue. The sensational first year is now averaging a NEWMAC leading 3.5 steals per game this season. Barrow added 40 points (20 per game), 12 rebounds and 10 assists.
