Truex and Ferguson earn IWLCA All-American honors

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced the 48 student-athletes selected for the 2024 Division II All-American teams on Wednesday, with Regis University women's lacrosse placing two student-athletes on Third Team All-American.
