[Men's Basketball] Bulldogs Fall To Wiley College

The Jarvis Christian College Bulldogs lost a cross town rivalry game against Wiley College on Saturday with a score of 80 – 66.  The first half, built up as two equally talented teams matched up across the board was indeed just that with several lead changes throughout the first half.  Wiley College would take the final lead of 3 points heading into the half.The 2nd half of the game would be the difference between a win and a loss for the Bulldogs.  Wiley College would ultimately end up out shooting the Bulldogs in both field goals (44.6 % to 34.4%) and 3 point field goals (38.9% to 33.3%).  Wiley College would also win the rebound battle with 49 rebounds to the Bulldogs 34 rebounds.  The two bright spots for Jarvis Christian College was Davion Bradley and McShane Wyatt.  Bradley finished the game with 18 points and 7 rebounds, while going 4-6 from the charity line.  Wyatt finished the game with 22 points, while going 6-6 from the free throw line.Jarvis will look to get back on track as they prepare to head to Louisiana State University-Shreveport on Thursday January 30th.  Women's tip time is scheduled for 5:30 pm and the Men's will tip off at 7:30 pm.
