Johnson Reaches 1,000 Points as Men's Basketball Earns First WAC Win Over Abilene Christian

RIO GRANDE VALLEY – Senior Justin Johnson scored his 1,000th-career point as The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros men's basketball team earned its first Western Athletic Conference (WAC) victory by beating the Abilene Christian University Wildcats 103-86 on Wednesday at the UTRGV Fieldhouse.
