Allen Named PSAC East Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week

LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its men's basketball Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon, and Elijah Allen (Dover, Del./Dover) was named PSAC East Athlete of the Week after a pair of great performances last week.
