La PLUME, Pa. – Keystone College basketball freshman Jack Anderson (Davie, Fla./Western) was named the D3hoops.com Region 5 Rookie of the Year while graduate student Tone Cockrell (Upper Marlboro, Md./Landon School) earned Third Team honors, announced on Tuesday.
