NORFOLK, Va. – Senior guard Wilson Dubinsky scored a game-high 24 points and a perfect 5-of-5 from 3-point range, but it wasn't enough as South Carolina State in a heartbreaking, 66-65, defeat to top-ranked Norfolk State in the finals of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Men's Basketball tournament at the Norfolk Scope Arena.
